My order was for a baby hamper, and I specifically chose and paid a slightly higher price for a particular design that was displayed on their website.However, the recipient received a hamper that looks different from the one I ordered. Upon contacting your company, I was informed that all the items listed in my order were included but were arranged and wrapped differently due to alleged delivery difficulties with the original presentation. It appears the delivered hamper's presentation is featured as another hamper option on their website.I am very disappointed that I was not informed beforehand that a different-looking hamper would be delivered. I selected and paid for a specific aesthetic, and the lack of communication regarding this substitution is unacceptable. I believe there should have been some proactive notification about the change in appearance before the delivery was made.Strongly would not recommend BD Gift, buy at your own risk.
Their service has definitely taken a nosedive. I shelled out $50 for a bouquet delivery and forked out even more for an upgrade. The end product? Utter disappointment. I paid nearly 5850 BDT, but what I got looked like it was worth a measly 500 BDT. This is outrageous and completely unacceptable!
