I am quite let down as a repeat customer. I bought a second pair of barefoot shoes, but they didn’t fit, even though they were the same size as my first pair. The exchange process is frustrating, as they don’t offer a larger size. I have reached out to the support team multiple times, but it seems no one is truly reviewing my messages. The shoes are costly, and the service is lacking. I would suggest trying another brand. They invest heavily in marketing but neglect customer service, which is disappointing.
I ordered the wrong size; the shoes fit small compared to my expectations. I mentioned my sizing issue to the support team, and they quickly offered to send a pair that would fit better. Excellent customer service, and I really enjoy how they feel.
