Disappointed as a returning customer

I am quite let down as a repeat customer. I bought a second pair of barefoot shoes, but they didn’t fit, even though they were the same size as my first pair. The exchange process is frustrating, as they don’t offer a larger size. I have reached out to the support team multiple times, but it seems no one is truly reviewing my messages. The shoes are costly, and the service is lacking. I would suggest trying another brand. They invest heavily in marketing but neglect customer service, which is disappointing.

Satisfied with the shoes overall

Overall, I am pleased with the shoes, although the sizing was off. I ordered a Size 5, which corresponds to Size 38, but received a Size 39 instead, making them a bit loose for my liking.
