The roamers are so comfortable

The roamers are so comfortable! Bearefoot were extremely helpful in exchanging to get the correct sizing. Love my new shoes!

where to begin

where to begin. i thought they'd be like vivobarefoot (they are not!) i ordered the same size for bearefoot, they're too small! i contacted them the day i got the delivery and it's been over two weeks of back and forth, to recieve an email, today, saying i'm too late to return? (despite me contacting them immediately upon delivery). i've offered to send the item back (incidentally they took over 2 weeks to arrive, maybe that's their policy? slow delivery reduced refunds?)i will come back and change review IF they give me a refund. still happy to send back still in original packaging, as my bank suggested.they are NOT anything like vivobarefoot sizing!deflective customer service.very sad i've spent £150 and nothing to show for it :(

Failed product+Bad customer service

The customer service for this company has failed. I have purchased 3 pairs of shoes each different styles from bearefoot. The Ramblers I purchased failed the loops that hold the lace has ripped away from the shoe. I contacted customer service and asked for an exchange. They requested my order number for proof of purchase and photos of the issue. I emailed the requested info. They sent me a link and said I should have no problems processing the exchange. They were wrong the link kept giving me an error so I contacted them again got a different rep and they asked for the same info which I sent by email for the 2nd time and then was sent the same link. I advised Mike that I already received this link and it wont let me process the exchange. Mike appologized and said he would foward the issue to mamagement. I waited 8 days and heard nothing from anybody. I contacted customer service again and they took around the loop for the 3rd time acting like it was my 1st time contacting them. I was sent the same link and when I said it doesnt work they said again they would forward the issue to management. We are now going on 12 days since the 1st time I was advised the issue was being forwarded to management still not even an update. I will never purchase from this company again. If I am asked about the shoes I will be directing them to their competitors. Hopefully they have better customer service

My first time using barefoot footwear. I was dragged to this company because of their design and vibrant colors. They also had a huge sale. Everything went smooth, the shoes delivered without a scratch. Very happy customer
