The descriptions of the shoes were clear and accurate. The advice for sizing was excellent as well. Each pair of shoes fit perfectly and are so lightweight they feel like I'm not wearing any shoes at all. They are very comfortable as well.
The shoes are great! Very little "support" much like walking without shoes. I love them! However, the shipping time was a little nuts. It took about 25 days to receive them. Overall, I would order again, just a month in advance :)
I have been searching for a good pair of walking shoes which does not hurt my feet and feels light as air. I found BEAREFOOT shoes one of the best and meets their advertising claims. Also I am impressed with their exchange policy since their shoe sizes are a bit different from others - it is worn tight fitting rather than loose.
Bearefoot have been super helpful when I got the size wrong on one of two orders and swiftly sent mr the right size. The shoes themseves are amazing and comfortable - easy to wear all day. Highly recomended.
Complete waste of money. Not only was the toe box too tight but too short also. Literally can't wear these comfortably and ordered size 11 which 99% of the time fit perfect. They are cheaply made, from China and took forever to show up. Exchanges aren't covered for shipping and they won't take the return. Final sale. But something else from a better company. Zero star product and customer service
I ordered three pairs in UK size 7, as that was the only option available on the website. However, they sent EU size 40, which is actually closer to UK size 6. The shoes don't even have a UK size labeled. After reaching out to the support team, I received several responses thanking me for my concerns, but ultimately I was just given a link for returns. When I filled out the return form, I was offered a 50% refund while being told to keep the shoes. Why would I keep shoes that are too small for me? I declined the offer, only to be told that the item was not eligible for return. I could exchange for a size 41 (which are the EU sizes listed on the return portal), but I would have to pay a $30 shipping fee for their mistake. If there had been an option for EU sizes when I ordered, I would have selected a size 41. They misrepresented their products by offering UK size 7 shoes that don't exist, sent an incorrect size, and then refused to accept a return. Very disappointing experience.
Jeg bestilte et par sko hos en virksomhed den 6. oktober og betalte 630 kr. Efter lang leveringstid bad jeg den 25. november om at få min ordre annulleret og pengene tilbage. Siden da har jeg kun fået tomme undskyldninger og løfter om, at refunderingen “er eskaleret” og “bliver behandlet”. Den 5. december bekræftede de skriftligt, at min ordre var annulleret, men der er stadig ingen penge kommet. Jeg har rykket dem flere gange, senest den 23. december, men uden resultat. De forsøgte endda at nægte refundering ved at sige, at pakken ikke var afhentet, selvom jeg aldrig modtog information om afhentning. Konklusion: De har mine penge, men hverken varen eller refunderingen. Jeg kan på ingen måde anbefale denne service.

However, I received the wrong sizes instead. Now, over a month later, I'm stuck in a loop with their unhelpful responses, filled with empty promises and contradictory information. It's been a frustrating experience. I strongly advise against doing business with this seller.
I ordered my first pair of boots from the UK and had an outstanding experience. The boots are ideal for winter, and the customer service was exceptional. I chose a UK size 5, which fits perfectly, providing ample room for my feet. I no longer have any foot pain, and the quality of the boots is superb. They also arrived sooner than anticipated. After weeks of waiting, a total lack of accountability, and endless email exchanges, I had no choice but to file a chargeback with my credit card to avoid losing my funds and wasting more time.
To add insult to injury, I later found out that these same shoes are available on other platforms for just $5–$10. This company is clearly marking up cheap products and offering nonexistent customer support.
