HORRENDOUS. Should be shut down. Avoid at all costs. Website said a text message would be 10p then they took £39.99 from my account. I reported several times and luckily I got my cash back.
Let's hope they get closed down soon. Karma will come their way trust me on that!

BIG SCAM!!! PEOPLE REPORT THIS FRAUD IN YOUR BANK, YOU WILL GET YOUR MONEY BACK, AND POLICE SHOULD BE INVOLVED - This scammers should be shut down! I paid for one sms message, and on the order page there was NO information about some subscription, today my card started being charged for something I NEVER BOUGHT!!!! SCAMMERS!
AVOID AVOID AVOID at all costs !!!!!Ive sent one sms and they charged me £23.99 for a subscription after 1day trial when I was trying to contact them via chat or email. No luck. I had to raise a dispute in my bank to make them respond my emails threatening me the refund process will take 6months and I may lose. Furthermore, in their email they said “if I want to request a refund, I can do it HERE”… but that HERE even doesn’t work. Another way to scam people. If I could I would give -5 stars!!!!! They eventually cancel subscription after my bank reached out to them! What a disgrace!
I used website costext.com under the assumption that it was charged per SMS only. Based on this understanding, I sent two SMS messages and was charged 9.99 TL.At no point was it clearly stated that this payment would initiate a subscription or any recurring billing.I did not knowingly agree to any subscription, recurring payment, or trial that converts into a paid plan. Therefore, this charge is misleading and unauthorized from my perspective.I tried to cancel of my subscription associated with my payment details, but cancellation procedures did not work.
If I could put no stars I would! Had a brief look at this site, the text I tried to send did not even send yet I wake up this morning £39.99 pound lighter! Despite having cancelled by bank card when an attempt to take the money was made the other day! On hold to the bank as we speak. Avoid avoid avoid!!
