Took a chance and bought for the first time from Beautiful Earth - after so many different promo/similar offerings on my IG feed. So far I really love 3 out of 5 items I got (the design of the other 2 suited me less - one felt less substantial than the rest). I have worn these items nearly everyday for last two weeks and so far no tarnish with perfume/perspiration from hot weather. Customer service was quick and responsive to my questions and that impressed me. I am looking to purchase again and would not hesitate to recommend this shop. :)
The jewellery feels sturdy and u definitely get your money's worth. The people claiming it's 'Ali Express' are probably trolling or haven't actually bought anything from the brand because the quality speaks for itself as soon as u wear the pieces.The customer service was also impeccable, I had a few questions about the delivery due to a delay, which was not their fault, and they answered promptly and explained why I was having a possible delay. All in all, im.very happy with my purchase. One side note, the amount of emails is a bit excessive,
I ordered the Build Your Own Summer Box. Unfortunately, it took six weeks to receive my order ( appeared to be delayed in customs.) While waiting for the order, I was in contact with customer service (Kimberly.) She replied to my emails promptly and even sent me a replacement order, which I was able to keep. I am pleased with the quality of the jewelry and will be gifting the other box.
Absolutely beautiful pieces of jewellery. I wear mine all the time and they still look like they did when I first got them. I got the 12 piece set and I wear every single piece. If you’re looking for something affordable and durable then I would recommend buying!!!
