Review Time
I ordered a cylinder kit which was showing as in stock and would be delivered in 2-3 days. It did not arrive. I rang them and was told it was not in stock or with their supplier, either! I asked for a refund which they "don't do verbally"!? I emailed twice asking for a refund and again over the phone Each time I was given the run-around, basically avoiding refunding me. In the end I contacted Trading Standards who said to issue a letter stating my right to a refund under Consumer Contract 2013 regulation. Again, no reply. I eventually got a refund via my bank/Mastercard using a Chargeback proceedure. Do not order anything from these people.
I've been buying stuff from Beedspeed on and off since the 1980's when their shop was on the estate by the bridge. Recently I've been doing up an Agrati Capri and they have specialist interchangeable parts with early Vespas. Beedspeed has been very helpful and postage is fast. In the past I've also bought wiring looms from them that have saved me days of work. Fully recommended.
Delivery was quick and timely as I needed the anti rattle units to finish my handlebars off. I felt postage was a little steep considering how light the package was. I had to trim the spring on the front brake lever as it was a very tight fit when in situ but all in all very pleased.
I Purchased a part for my Lambretta from these clowns which arrived damaged so I emailed them with photos and they sent me another one which was worse than the first one, I posted both of the inferior products back to them with tracking and they then tried to say i never sent them back and withhold my money?Same old Dishonest Unreliable company that they have been since 2016.Stay well clear there are plenty of reliable and honest suppliers out there.
