Ordered 2 seats spare week cover took…

Ordered 2 seats spare wheel cover took forever for seats to come numerous phone calls chasing still no cover though ring never sort don't care wouldn't buy anything ever again totally unprofessional company git my money never sort out for you useless really bad experience still chasing order over 6 months old

Had to put one star beciuse you can't post without and that is one star too many . Ordered parts and was told two weeks delivery , ok so i waited and waited , waited still not arrived . Now jan 20th 24 parts still not arrived . After about a dozen phone calls to an obnoxious sales manager accusing me of speaking to him like 💩 ( for asking when my parts would be arriving ) put the phone down on me .great customer service there DAN the dodgy landlord man . Well done you have sank yet another company with your dodgy schemes . DON'T under any circumstances order from this company ever again . Unreliable , dodgy and untrustworthy little parrasite of a man.

Never received item...no communication…

Never received item...no communication or offer off refund or anything, phoned them up after fifteen minutes no answer....tried again later and got arrogant sales staff telling me he wouldn't discuss anything purchased on e bay, worst company ive dealt with...never again.

Scam company, owner is a fraud.

Worst experience and company I have dealt with. Spoke with the so called sales manager Dan who is the slimiest person I have ever spoken to. The moment he had taken my money his attitude changed and couldn't wait to get me off the phone. No care at all and this reflects in the order. After waiting weeks for it to arrive and no response to endless phone calls and emails, it was wrong. Dan then blamed me for this and told me my scooter must be different or retro fitted. After reading into this company and the owner/sales manager I can see this is regular practice for him. Takes your money, sends you something and then runs off with your money. Avoid at all costs, as it will cost you. Scam!

Excellent customer service

Even when there’s been an issue, the fantastic customer service has resolved it quicker than any other company I have dealt with before. Excellent service.

Avoid or regret it…

This I probably the worst company I have ever purchased from. Delivery times are poor, even if you do receive your order. Far too many parts out of stock. Their customer service is non existent, call and emails are ignored and when you do manage to speak to them, the sales Manager is rude and obnoxious.I will never use them again, and good luck to anyone who does.

A personal perspective

I ordered and paid for an item that could have been provided direct from the manufacturer in France or via very large retailer in Germany - both had the item in stock and ready to ship to my UK home addressI was assured it would present no issues to Beedspeed and thought it best to support a UK business I was wrong and 9 weeks and very many emails ( thank you Natalie ) later it still wasn’t delivered I therefore requested a refund under the Consumer Rights Act which was actioned very quickly and the refund issued I really don’t know what went wrong with Beedspeed in this instance but I was a first time customer and my experience was really poor I regret using them and certainly wouldn’t use them again - ever !
