Review Time
I ordered a mirror and a badge from the website . All seemed to be in stock . A week passed and still no parts , no email or text to tell me they are out of stock . So i phoned to be told the mirror is on back order . Waited another two weeks to be told yes parts are being shipped out today being the 30th November and today still no parts being the 4th December . Remember i'm paying for delivery and under the circumstances Beedspeed should have gone out of their way to ensure i received it next day . This was once a good company and hence why i used them but sadly i won't bother anyone . Very disappointed .
Ordered a mudlap on 13th of november Could not trrack useing royal mail tracker number thst wss given .When i contacted the shop 10 days later i was told that this had been sent out to me which im still waiting for .They informed me thst another had been sent out but yet 13 days later still not even a tracking number .Was never like this when al ran his buisness A joke
Ordered scooter parts in Aug 2020 they claim to have the largest stock in the uk yet everything I ordered was out of stock! They didn’t contact me to tell me my parts were out of stock. When I did finally get through to them it was false promise after false promise and one particular guy Dan in customer services was very condescending and rude to speak too!! The parts started to arrive in dribs and drabs! they then sent me the wrong back rest and expected me to send it back to them at my cost, although after a numerous amount of phone calls they did finally arrange to have it collected at there cost! Customer services continued to give me false promises while I waited for the last item to arrive I was promised a phone call about my item by Dan guess what he didn’t ring me back I rang them again and I was told the owner ( apparently Dan) would ring me back, he didn’t, Finally and had enough and ask for a refund I was told the customer services that they couldn’t issue a refund and there was nobody available to issue a refund🤯 I had to ring them a further 2 times before finally today I received a refund from them!Business all done now, all parts I received in the end bar from 1 part to which I have received a refund! It wasn’t a pleasurable experience And I will never use them again!
I brought a lambretta rear disc brake and it came damaged, I rang the shop, Ethan was very professional and helpful and explained the return process. (this is the good part)After returning the item I phoned to say I wanted a full refund and not a replacement, a member of staff questioned why I had sent the item back and generally was flippant and very rude. I was told my refund would be done that day. (It wasn’t)I rang a few days later and was told Ethan (now apparently has been sacked) was on maternity leave and there was nothing they could do for a few weeks as he was dealing with the order. After 3 weeks of lie after lie and false promises I Had to return aboard to work.My wife rang and was met with verbal abuse and more lies. I got a refund (less postage) about a month later.I would advise everyone NOT to use this shop as they pack items like Jonny age 5 and verbal abuse you if you want to return items.
Only giving one star as there no selection of no stars .Second time using them as was told to stay away from them but thought would give benefit of the doubt. 1st order arrived 2 days later 2nd order of a crankshaft was told would leave there Monday afternoon, Rang Wednesday as no item and was told its in other warehouse and someone would call me back .Rang again before closing time and got some cheeky ignorant so & so was also told that that's twice that day i had rang them and how can they pick the item if i keep ringing. Would not use again and wished i had of listened to STAY AWAY FROM THEM. TERRIBLE IGNORANT CHEEKY CUSTOMER SERVICE.
Well where can I start they are liars .false information takes ages to get what you ordered. They talk to you very nasty they did to my wife .got a attitude all the time .never trust them they will lie to you .I will never use them again ctap Scooter shop .there are better Scooter shops than these knob heads .
