I bought a scooter brake lever jammer from this company, it arrived very quickly. It looked nice and pretty, But unfortunetly I had no idea as to how to fit it.. I stupidly wrote a rather unnecessary silly "Feedback". Of which I now regret.I immediately had an e-mail from the company supply me with picture instructions/details and a written script telling me how to use the brake jammer. BRILLIANT !!!!!!!!!!!!! once I had seen this I was able to correctly fit the brake jammer with ease.I was so impressed by the response given that I ordered a second unit for my Scooter combination.The brake Jammer is terrific and I would recommend it to any type of combination (motorcycle/scooter) for use as a handbrake. I would also say its a necessity for any person transporting a motor cycle/scooter to aid stability when on the move.
Shockingly bad company to deal with and have tried on more than on occasion.Have been rude, sent wrong parts, and parts without instructions.Ignore emails and messages too.Latest one was LED indicators, should have come with Wiring details, never did. Phoned, messaged , and emailed more than once, said they will send pdf, never did. When I got them wired in 6 weeks later they were faulty, but they said as it has been so long I would have to pay postage, only reason it took long was because of their lack of. customer service. Sent back, now no reply or nothing returned.AVOID AT ALL COSTS
so after taking two weeks to allow me to send back the rubbish they sent me they have still not refunded me my money over 14 days ago. even asked me to remove my experience... well if you buy anything from these clowns then do so at your own risk. the last time i did in 2021 i had the same experience so never again.these guys are liars and a disgrace to the scooter scene. it took 3 days with no stress to arrive from sip and fitted like it should do. i have been waiting to return an under headset for a px that does not fit for over 2 weeks, they told me 72 hours. they lied about delivery being late and the delivery company sent me proof it was beed speed and not them. i have even sent them videos showing the headset is an awful fit and the shims sent with it are useless. over 4 weeks in total dealing with this company and im now at the point of looking at the small claims court to get my money back for an inferior part that cannot be used. i have called round scooter shops and spoke to them who all said to send it back as its dangerous . now im leaving feedback to try and get some attention and not be ignored .
well its now into the third month from buying from beedspeed and returning the shocking items to now having to get the bank to get my refund. id rather go in a car to rallies than buy parts from this company .ethan just lies to you over the phone and in emails . shocking shocking beware or this awful company
