Review Time
I ordered a part for my scooter wrongly so I phoned the shop insted of going on there Web site to speed things up.but from the start I was very badley spoken to by a staff member so much so I lost it trying to justify my mistake..so much so I was told to f off..by the member of staff I was out raged asking around the forums it seems I'm not the only one I'll never use these cretins again.
Advised by DANIEL on 10/3/25 to email and a full refund would be given for seat ordered on 29/11/24 but still UNDELIVERED as of 10/3/25.However a week later 17/3/25 no acknowledgement to my email nor any refund. I have advised my bank about his rude and aggressive behaviour if I call in to Beedspeed, so they will deal with this dubious company now. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I never checked reviews before parting with my money, my mistake, but I will NEVER ORDER AGAIN. Perhaps if I actually receive my refund I may change this review but either way DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. Dan will take your money and when items DO NOT ARRIVE he will be obnoxious and aggressive on the phone when you are merely asking when your orderMIGHT ARRIVE.
Absolutely love dealing with this company nothing is too much trouble when asking about items they have for sale. I am restoring a 1964 Lambretta complete nut and bolt restoration and I have bought quite a lot of parts, some i have ordered wrong but help is at hand with Beedspeed and i would recommend any scooter enthusiast to give their website a look at for parts and advice. I ordered a seat on the 3rd of august 2024 it’s now the 13th of the 2/ 2025 . No seat delivered. So I asked for a refund. The guy called Dan verbally abused my wife over the phone . And spoke to me like I was the s@@t under his shoe . So now I have a debt recovery firm to now go and collect my money and obviously take their fee . Don’t buy from this firm they are frauds and scammers
I purchased a seat for scooter in August said it would be 12 week still nothing by December emailed them more than once got a reply saying because of demand wouldn’t be before next year I replied to email asking if would be beginning of year or another 4 months no reply so asked for refund again no response got on to PayPal who contacted them I then got refunded so I would advise don’t buy a seat
