Don't buy from them. Their customer service is crap. I bought a $300+ suitcase from them. Their shipper never delivered it and they won't help me. Literally ghosted me. No refund and no replacement. I'm going to dispute the charge. But these people are thieves.

They also don't stand by their products. They sold me a suitcase with a defective lock and refused to replace it. Buyer beware. Find a company that cares about keeping customers

Disappointing Quality for a Travel Bag

I acquired a weekender bag a few years back and have used it only about 9 times for occasional trips. Despite light usage, the vegan leather trim has completely peeled away in several spots, revealing the underlying lining and giving the bag a worn and unappealing look. This degree of deterioration is unacceptable for a product advertised as high-quality travel gear. The overall durability is poor, and it doesn't hold up even under normal, infrequent conditions. Furthermore, it seems the company does not provide any warranty, repair, or replacement service for this issue on non-luggage items like the weekender (their limited lifetime warranty is only for hard-shell luggage). I reached out but received no satisfactory resolution. I cannot recommend this bag to anyone seeking long-term reliability. Save your money and consider alternatives with better material quality and customer support.

Disappointing Experience with Shipping Charges

I made a purchase of over $1,000 in luggage in one day, and the service advertised free shipping for orders over $150. However, when I decided to buy an additional piece of luggage that was under this threshold, I was charged $14.95. After exchanging more than 10 emails with a representative, I was informed that they couldn’t waive this fee. It's quite disappointing as they seem to overlook the bigger picture, and I requested that my issue be escalated to management. Just sharing this experience for others.

Very poor product quality

The quality of this product is extremely disappointing. The lining of the bag came apart after just 4 uses. The company did not offer a replacement or stand by their product. Avoid this purchase!

Unacceptable product quality and confusing return process

Quality doesn't match the price

The quality is far below what you'd expect for the price. Within a year, I've had straps break off, which they claim is 'normal wear and tear.' It's outrageous. Do NOT spend your money here.

Great experience despite negative reviews!

I was hesitant to order because of the negative reviews from the US. Living in Europe, I had a fantastic experience with the company. I ordered a work tote on Wednesday and received it that Friday, with free shipping. I'm very pleased with my purchase; the bag is of good quality and fits the description. My laptop fits perfectly, and I was pleasantly surprised by its spaciousness. I would definitely order again.

Avoid this brand

I'm really disappointed with my experience. I bought an item from their US site and later tried to return it. They refused the return, claiming it was a 'final sale' item, which was not mentioned in my order confirmation. Even after providing evidence that it wasn't labeled as such at checkout, they still wouldn't process the return. This lack of transparency is unacceptable, especially from a brand at this price point.
