Don't buy from them. Their customer service is crap. I bought a $300+ suitcase from them. Their shipper never delivered it and they won't help me. Literally ghosted me. No refund and no replacement. I'm going to dispute the charge. But these people are thieves.
They also don't stand by their products. They sold me a suitcase with a defective lock and refused to replace it. Buyer beware. Find a company that cares about keeping customers

Despite light usage, the vegan leather trim has completely peeled away in several spots, revealing the underlying lining and giving the bag a worn and unappealing look. This degree of deterioration is unacceptable for a product advertised as high-quality travel gear. The overall durability is poor, and it doesn't hold up even under normal, infrequent conditions. Furthermore, it seems the company does not provide any warranty, repair, or replacement service for this issue on non-luggage items like the weekender (their limited lifetime warranty is only for hard-shell luggage). I reached out but received no satisfactory resolution. I cannot recommend this bag to anyone seeking long-term reliability. Save your money and consider alternatives with better material quality and customer support.
