Bought a machine in June 2025, and it is October 2025 and it is already giving us trouble. Customer service absolutely useless and makes so much sense to put the serial number inside the door of the machine. This is currently locked.
No customer support, fake advertised the 10-year parts warranty.I got a washer/dryer and signed for the extended 2-year service warranty + 10 year parts covered with Beko.The machine (WDIK854451) drying functionality is not reliable, and it was leaking within a 1 year of use.Back then Beko sent a technician that temporarily fixed the issue but we never trusted the machine for drying after that.Within 3 years of use the machine caused a lot of damage as leaking started to reoccur, as the drying mode gets triggered by itself and some electric fault caused the machine to get stuck.This was not a cheap machine and customer support is extremely poor. They sent you on a infinite loop of putting you throught the UK team and another "Domestic and General" third-party company that alleged it is not their problem. After a week of trying to reach out to Beko to get assistant on the 10 year part as their promised, I am giving up extremely disappointed.
