6 months old freezerMy freezer which was six months old broke down and I lost a full freezer of food. The service I received on this was very slow, finally an Engineer came and the freezer was written off. A new replacement arrived a few days later. All good or so I thought, Be aware that the original guarantee continues so the replacement is only covered for 6 months not a new 12 months guarantee.read the small print

Absolute disaster to deal with After 3 months my washing machine broke down, two weeks later I’m still trying to get BEKO to organise a repair. Staff on the phone are rude and unhelpful.
