Review Time
I have bought a Beko dishwasher, oven, fridge freezer, chest freezer and a washing machine over the past few years from Telfords Portlaoise. which to me means i was a good Beko customer. 1st thing to break was the dishwasher. which was covered under warranty. then the oven went. that too covered under warranty. then the dishwasher and that was fixed too.not a problem all still running at the moment no issues since.now in March 2024 two years after spening €900 on a fridge freezer the fridge has failed. It is not under warranty.i called beko customer support and i have to say it was one of the worst call centres ive ever called. i had to call 4 times , couldnt understand me at all, very hard to get through to them and they were very rude. they all had indian accents. Eventually we discovered that the applicance was out of warranty (by 2 months) and the woman in Beko told me that they only help the Beko customer if that product is still under warranty. so that was it end of phone call. The days of being a loyal customer to the Electrical shop or to even Beko are gone. Telfords push you to Beko customer service.

After 15 years having a Beko Washing machine we decided to update our machine and choose another beko because we were so happy with the machine we had. again it works really great and does a fantastic wash at a good time, it is quiet and we like the quick program which has some good options, as we had a intergrated machine before the cupboard door was easy to replace
The crew who delivered the washing machine were outstanding. They were great as I live up 2 flights of stairs in a very small apartment. But, in spite of that they were so careful and everything was left in perfect order. The washing machine is absolutely brilliant, easy to use and looks stunning, as I chose the black one. I also have a Beko Fridge Freezer in black, so it's a great match and works brilliantly. Great Value!
