They have a horrible and unfair customer service…

They have a horrible customer service and the solutions they find for issues with products are very poor. I bought a very expensive sofa with them that ended up being very poor quality. Sent them pics and videos as requested and they took from October to the end of February to come up with a very poor solution, a very low compensation of 3500. I wanted them to change this sofa which would had been fair, or give me a voucher on the store on the same amount of the sofa. They could pick this one up as return. But they are giving me this low amount that does not fix my issue.

A long and tedious experience

I want to share my experience with Beliani.no. I ordered 3 items, i.e., chair, bench, and table, from this website on November 29th. The chair was available on the website and the two other ones were expected on January 17th. I registered my order. After a month, I saw that the chair, which was available when I registered my order, is not available anymore, but I was expecting a rational ordering system where the items were reserved for my order when I registered it. I followed up to make sure that the delivery date is not changed. Their customer service confirmed that the order will be sent on January and the original dates are valid. On January 21st, I contacted them again, and they said that "unfortunately, the chairs are expected on June! and the table is expected on February". What happens is that there is no ordering and reservation system in this company, so you cannot rely on the dates and availability of the items at all.
