Horrible service. AVOID!!! I'VE ordered a bed which was delivered two months after payment plus they sent a wrong part. So the bed stod over a month in parts and I'm still waiting until they reply to me after I've sent so many emails to them. Just waist of time and money

I purchased an office desk from Beliani for over NOK 8,000 including shipping. The website advertised free shipping, but after contacting them I was told that “free” shipping does not apply to all of Norway. This was not clearly communicated during checkout, and it feels misleading. Promotions should be transparent and consistent.The delivery process was unacceptable. The desk took more than three weeks to arrive. On the day of delivery, the driver called me at 6am and told me I had to pick it up at a collection point because he did not want to drive down to my address. This is despite paying for delivery. The desk is very large, and I had to empty my car to try to make space. It barely fit, and the drive home was honestly unsafe.When I finally assembled the desk, I discovered significant damage on one corner of the tabletop. I contacted Beliani expecting a proper resolution. They offered to send a replacement tabletop — but without collecting the damaged one, and apparently with the same delivery experience. Where exactly am I supposed to store a large, damaged tabletop? How am I expected to handle another oversized delivery alone?The only alternative they offered was a refund of 620 NOK, which doesn’t even cover half of what I paid in shipping. After spending over NOK 8,000, I am left with a damaged desk and a company that takes no real responsibility for fixing the situation.This has been an extremely disappointing and frustrating experience from start to finish. If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, I strongly recommend saving yourself the trouble and buying from IKEA instead.
I ordered from Beliani several times and was always happy with their products. When it comes to quality of the products, it is hard to wish for more, really great long lasting. So far none of the products shows any wear! And I am talking about bed, divan, chair... daily used pieces. Recommending this store 100%

Everything arrived in great condition.I’ll admit I was a bit skeptical at first since I had never bought furniture online before, but after this experience I would definitely purchase from them again and highly recommend them!
