I bought two rugs from Beliani I wanted to return both, but I was unsure because one of them arrived clearly used. I was worried they would think I had made it dirty before returning it, so I sent them a photo the same day I picked it up. Since it took them two weeks to reply that it wasn’t considered dirty, they then informed me that the withdrawal period had expired. After being told that the withdrawal period had ended, they informed that returning the lightweight rugs would cost about 1000 NOK and that I needed to plan a pickup time at my home
Probably the most arrogant company present in Norway in terms how far they go to cheat customers. All products are designed and made in China, but with lowest quality, for example Viborg 2 lanestol they charge 5450 kroner and they paid for it 650 kroner. You are not aware of this until the goods arrive at your door. In addition customer service is hopeless, dont get fooled by nice pictures, its by far worst quality in Euro-Asia. Worst then all suppliers in Asia.
Absolutely horrible shop. Bought a product there, wanted to return it within the 14 days period, we are now several weeks further and still no resolution. They want me to return the product to Germany and pay for the cost of shipping to Germany while nowhere in their terms & conditions it states returns should be sent there. On mobile they state returns are free, terms & conditions link to an address in Norway, which is also listed on the returns page.Customer service is non existent with a reply that is just copy posted or AI generating constantly saying I need to return to Germany and thanks for my understanding.Don’t recommend buying here unless you like to keep your fingers crossed you won’t need to return,
Don’t buy anything because the quality is unfavourable. I bought a carpet which threads was scattered everywhere. They had free frakt but when i sent them an email, they said you have to pay for return. Also 360 return is a big lie. I didn’t use the carpet and told them, they answered we don’t accept it!
For the price, the Beliani Vittoria set offers excellent value. You get style, comfort, and a full lounge setup in one package. The assembly was easy, and all parts fit well. A smart buy for anyone who wants a stylish outdoor space without overspending.
Received damaged goods, contacted support via phone because they not respond at all via email after 2-3 weeks. Customer support is absolutely horrible and will not offer any immediate solution, non stop continuous stalling over several months. They were not interested in refunding the full amount for the damaged goods that we received and claims that the reason is a store policy that specifies that customers have to report damaged goods within 24 hours of receiving the package. Completely illegal and out of line with our local consumer laws. There are also a number of other completely nonsensical policies such as having to keep the freight label as well. The quality of the other goods we received were low and I am of the impression that this company merely re-sells and re-ships low quality Chinese furniture. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
