Bought 2 sets of earrings from them and one pair was lopsided. The pieces were not attached symmetrically and looks funny.
The other pair you could see the glue stain. Complained and received unsatisfactory customer service. They asked that I ship the items back and they will only shoulder a fraction of the shipping cost.
They also claim,” they take quality seriously”. If this were true, then I wouldn’t be complaining about the shoddy made items. Would not recommend.

I did not receive the item, they agree that this is true, but they won't cancel my order and refund my money unless I pay extra to have it "redelivered" and then return it because they claim they have no control over their own warehouse. I paid over 400 dollars for jewelry and they now want 6 dollars to "redeliver"...but i am not confident that I will ever see it. I can only advise others in the strongest possible terms to avoid this company. Also their shipping is incredibly slow, you can wait for months.
Well, I bought a necklace with simple skull, the shipping was very fast, but the pearl… it doesn’t look like a pearl at all. It has no luster, it just looks like a piece of white plastic. In fact, the package included a small raw pearl as a gift, and the comparison is merciless: the raw pearl is much more lustrous and pearly than the skull-shaped one I paid over $50 for. At this point I don’t know what to think—I bought it for a wedding, but I don’t think I’ll be able to wear it. It just looks like plastic…
