Forgot her name but I went in for a 15 min free “appraisal” the employee barely acknowledged the coins that I have. She did not value them for the quality/history/errors. She did not seem very knowledgeable on coins. Just on the gold/silver/platinum pricing. I would not recommend taking a collection or estate to them. I’m glad I took the free appraisal promotion instead. Gives a good idea that they just want to buy instead of thoroughly help a collector.
I have now completed a number of purchases through Bellevue Rare Coins for various types of silver. Each transaction has met my expectations for being well managed and trustworthy. Some orders had some silver that was back ordered and the back orders went well and in the timeframe expected. Prices were competitive, they are local and the staff showed me care and respect.
