I ordered a replica Doors belt from Belts by Jas last year. I have it and it is wonderful.A few months later I ordered a $150 necklace. I paid in advance as I did with the belt in summer of 2025.After months of requesting the necklace by email, I still have not received the necklace even though Belts by Jas said he would get it to me soon.I don’t write reviews very often.I just wanted the necklace but I have no confidence in Belts by Jas, especially when he asks for payment up front along with ordering from overseas.
NO BELTS, NO REFUND.Ordering from Belts by Jas has been without doubt the most laborious, frustrating, disappointing and truly miserable consumer experience I have EVER had.In Sept’ 2024 I pre ordered the Adam Ant 'Stand and Deliver' belts. Two belts, three buckles. He said they would be ready by the end of that month. They weren't. I had dodgy vibes from him from day 1 when I asked him the same question 3 times and although he responded he avoided my important question every time. I should have gone with my gut and walked away. Every month since Sept’ 2024 I have contacted him for updates. Each time he would either say "They should be ready by the end of the week" OR "They should be ready by the end of the month." 14 months after they were supposed to be ready, I still didn't have them. How could he get it so wrong?I read and understood the terms for pre ordering belts and how long they can take to make from scratch. Fine. My problem is that THREE MONTHS after he eventually claimed the belts were done and packed and I would get a tracking number 'in a few days', he still hadn’t sent the belts, I just got excuses.Not one single image of his Adam Ant belt set exists. He has completely removed the page on this belt set from his website as well. There are a few of his belts that have 'sold out' but there are still pages for them, so it's not because of that. Why has he removed it? There is not one shred of evidence that this belt set exists. On 18th Nov' 2025 three months after he said they were packed and ready I realised I would never get the belts so I asked for a refund. I get a response two days later saying he will get my refund sorted. 4 weeks went by no refund. I contact Citizens Advice. They advised me to give him a 2 week deadline in writing. I did. 2 weeks go by, no refund. I contact CA again, they send me a template letter from Trading Standards saying if the refund has not been given in the next 2 weeks then I will take him to court. I got a reply within 5 minutes he said and I quote: "I said I would Fondue in Goodwill and I will, but if you want to take it to court, that’s up to you, brother." Apart from the embarrassing spelling, it's rather a contradicting reply! Why would he say “If you want to take it to court, that’s up to you” if he had any intentions of refunding me? It's been over THREE months since I asked for a refund now and still no refund, even after threat of court action. No explanation, no apologies. Inexcusable. Unreliable and totally unprofessional. He doesn’t care AT ALL. He claimed “I don’t lie” and “I’m very professional”. From my experience, it’s the total opposite. What a joke. Look at his 5 star reviews. FOUR of them have almost identical wording with different names. THREE were left on the same day and ALL of them have only ever left 1 review on here. Hmmm.The customer service he provides is terrible. He ignores many of my emails and when he finally replies he says “If I don’t reply I’m not ignoring you.” What is it then? I gave him hundreds of pounds 18 months ago in good faith and this is how I am treated. NO BELTS, NO REFUND. He's taken my money and delivered NOTHING.Just like the other 1 star reviews on here, he makes excuses and delivers empty promises. I’m in touch with someone else who ordered the same belt set and he’s been treated exactly the same as me. Appalling. Handing over hundreds of pounds of my hard earned money to a complete stranger and get nothing in return except contempt and a hole in my wallet is absolutely sickening. Everything I have stated here is fact and can be backed up by statements and emails. I repeat... This has been the most miserable consumer experience I have EVER had. I honestly would have been better off flushing my hard earned cash down the toilet. At least I wouldn't have had this headache to deal with over the past year and a half. I wouldn't send my worst enemy to Belts by Jas. Nobody should be treated like this, it's absolutely disgusting.

It is important to be patient and not leave negative reviews because of the production time.The company is based in the United Kingdom, so customers ordering from Italy should be aware that customs fees may apply. These charges do not depend on the seller, who cannot be held responsible for them.The seller is always helpful, polite, and quick to respond to any request. Overall, a very positive experience.
Ordered a belt on July 7th. As of today, November 2nd, I still havent received it. After countless back-and-forths on whatsapp and constant stalling from the seller, nothing has been delivered. He only makes excuses and empty promises, and when called out directly he now wont reply. Dont fall for it.
Once again Belts by Jas delivers and The Mr Mojo Risin’ belt lives up to and surpasses all expectations. High quality craftsmanship and amazingly quick shipping. I can thoroughly recommend both this belt and the double ring Jim Morrison belt, you just can’t get disappointed!
