Please Beware of this app. They advertise offers and don’t pay all of them! I first installed the Benjamin app when they were advertising a $350 Chime Offer in June 2025 for new members who switched to them and made a $200 minimum direct deposit from an eligible employer. I completed all the requirements and I waited patiently to receive the reward but never got it. The $350 Chime reward showed as pending for about 30 days in the Benjamin app. I contacted Benjamin support but was just told to contact the provider of the offer, RevU. This was a joke. I started a claim on the RevU wall regarding the nonpayment and it was immediately denied. They claimed they had no tracking information for this offer even though it was literally on their wall, in black and white, of when I started the offer for Chime. This was then the blame game started of who the actual provider for the Chime offer was. After multiple back and forth emails with Benjamin and RevU which included proof of my direct deposit, screenshots of my Chime registration, Chime emails, etc. Nobody could tell me who the actual offer provider was. Benjamin said RevU handled this offer, RevU blamed Benjamin for the lack of tracking information and then the blame shifted to Chime. After this horrible experience I didn’t even bother contacting them about other offers that I completed and did not receive the reward (Bet MGM Sports offer for $24.25 and TikTok offer for $6) since Benjamin and RevU would likely send me in a circle once again.
UPDATE: Do not be fooled by the response provided by Benjamin below. I reached out to the email provided with no response. They respond to these comments to make it look like they genuinely care about resolving your issue. Do not use this app, you will be scammed. They should be reported to the FTC for scamming people, especially when they have you link your bank account information and then lock you out with no explanation to avoid paying.I previously reached a game milestone that I was able to cashout $300. Immediately, I was a promoter for the app, even referring others to the. I continued using the app and reached a milestone of $278 so I went to cashout and suddenly I wasn't able to. I received an error message that stated my account was under review and to try back in 24 hours.24 hours later, I was logged out and my account was deactivated. I reached out to support and they informed me that they detected that I had violated the terms and conditions. Why would I knowingly violate any terms and conditions when I had successfully cashed out and was benefiting? I wouldn't, because I would not jeopardize something like that, especially in this economy where every little bit helps!I spent time, effort, AND my own money, to reach levels for cashout because I truly believed the app was legitimate. So not only am I now out of what I spent in trying to reach levels and milestones, but I am also out $278 that I was relying on. After reading more buried reviews, I'm not the first person this had happened to to.Please do better, be honest, and honor your promises. You are falsely advertised all over social media, why give yourself a bad name. People are barely scraping by; they don't need false promises from apps like yours to make it even harder to get by financially, especially when they think it might something extra to HELP their finances. They could have been the best platform, especially with so many dishonest companies out there and I am so ashamed I fell for the scam because I was genuinely in their corner. I am just so disappointed.
I like the app and you can earn money on it. However, the withdrawal process has been a PAIN! I clicked the wrong account to link, tried to unlink it and link the correct one, and was informed AFTER not before unlinking that you can only link 1 account per month. So I have to wait a whole month before being able to attempt to withdraw again! Truly a headache.
Would give negative stars if possible. I cashed 2 times with no problem. As soon as I complete match masters for 200 all of a sudden it says my session timed out.... And then my phone number is invalid for my account....so they deleted mine... Because they are big time scammers that don't wanna pay. Don't download, waste of time. Whoever created/runs this app needs to just get a real job and stop scamming people. Karma is coming around the mountain7/14/25 - so they reply to my review, so I reach out support emails me back literally within minutes. Then once I share my email/phone number associated with my account... Nothing. Still can't even give me a reason why my account was deleted. Guess they just really didn't want to pay out the 300 smh...why have offers for that much on your platform if youre not willing to pay out that much! I've read dozens of reviews/threads where they do this exact same thing to ppl.
