Review Time
I have been waiting for three weeks to get rewards on the game Raid: Shadow Legends. I have put in a couple of tickets about the issue being as though the first ticket said the issue was resolved but it did not get resolved. I had a similar issue with Marvel Strike Force. That issue was resolved in 72 hours. Both of these games were fun to play. But I don't understand why I have not been rewarded even after submitting proof of completing the milestones.
I can't give 5 stars until I see what happens when I try to cash out. What I REALLY LIKE about Benjamin is that a majority of the games have a longer completion time & some of them pay by how much time you play, so if you're not good at it, you make money even if you can't advance levels, which works WAY BETTER for me since I'm not very good at alot of them🤠👍
The app was great at first.had reasonable payouts.received into my bank within a day.but after a month or so on the app it stopped counting my milestones for any of the games with a higher payout.ive contacted customer support.all they ever tell me is they can see I've completed the milestones but can't credit me for them because the game itself hadn't reported that I reached those lvls or maps or whatever.wtf that's such bs.i don't recommend this app unless you like to waste time and get nothing out of it
I've been using Benjamin for a few months now. Using the gaming route, Diamond Den took me a long time to earn the $25 needed to pay out. But, they did send the payout to a bank account. It took over a week to get it, but they finally did. However, I found Benji's best and started playing those for higher payouts. I had 2 I was playing, both with $150 payout for finishing level 3000. It takes a lot of time and effort, but I can do that. Finished the first one several days ago, 3 days later I have my $150 payout in my wallet on their site. BUT, when I go to open the other game, I find that the payout for level 3000 has gone from $150 down to $15. Yes, that's $135 difference. I've played this game until my fingers hurt, and just as I'm less than 50 levels away from the $150, they tank the amounts. That, and I have 2 money transfers pending that after reading other reviews from the play store, I'm not sure are ever going to go through. I was going to put in for a transfer tonight, and got a message that the current transfers are pending for "security" and am unable to initiate another transfer. Per others that have had this happen, gotten the message, it's stayed that way for extended periods of time and they never got their money. Luckily for them, when the amounts got changed on them for the Benji's best games, they only cut them in half. Word Farm Adventure's total went from $180 that could be earned down to $31....that's the total now. $31. If they don't want to pay a total of $180, then they shouldn't say they will. I am so not happy.
