Review Time
There needs to be more variety of games, more available games, a removal of any games that have expired (or at least a warning to say you won't get credit for play), and a reason why points/money are rejected. I like the concept but it's frustrating to spend so much time only to get game play rejected.
If I could give them no stars, I would. I had no issues with this app in the beginning, I absolutely LOVED IT. I played lot of games that I genuinely enjoyed and was making money playing them! The first withdrawal was easy and simple. The second withdrawal I put in for was about 2 weeks later, and had a minor issue where my withdrawal request was under review for up to 48 hours the pop up message said. Then I waited those 48 hours and contacted customer support again because it still wasn't letting me withdraw. Then the popup message changed to "could take up to 7 days" so they told me they would expedite my request to the security team. But I ended up having to wait 2 weeks before that message wouldn't popup and I was finally able to withdraw for my second time..... Then it gets WORSE. I had some minor issues with game rewards not being awarded when I hit the milestone, I again contacted customer support for this issue. They told me they would investigate and figure out why I didn't receive the rewards, and that took almost a whole week. Then when I finally received the rewards for the missing milestones, I had $120 in my balance so I was happy I went to withdrawal and I was able to and then my last milestone on the game I was playing was $100 so keep in mind I just withdrew that $120. I hit that milestone for the $100, and I went to withdraw again and it popped up that same message from the second time so every time that I went to withdrawal after the first time , that would pop up that same message. I contacted customer support once again and they informed me you know wait the 7 days whatever whatever and then it wasn't even 7 Days later that they had messaged me saying that they suspended my account and it was an automated message that kept being sent to me when I would ask why it was suspended or you know how I'm going to get my remaining balance of $130 it kept sending me the same automated message ....no information.... nothing. and I have $130 in my Momo balance but I can't even do anything with it because they keep telling me that my account is suspended and if I have any questions to ask but I asked the questions I needed to know and they just send me the same message telling me that my account is suspended... that's why I said it's an automated message being sent to me ......I'm telling you right now, you most likely will LOVE the app at first... but you will not be happy with it after the first withdrawal..
It take over a month to be able to get 25 dollars. The bonus wheel almost never hits anything. And the bonuses from using my card never go into my total. I gave 3 stars because I at least got the money when I finally had enough to cash out. It did take a couple days but I did get it.
If i could give ut no stars i would. At first it was great played alot if games, easy to cash out, but right before Christmas I played a game to earn quite a bit if money and now I can not even get to the withdraw part to even try to get my money. It was easy to withdraw small amounts but no it won't even let.me try to withdrawal what I have, and trying to reach someone is useless it's all computerized and all you get back is make a ticket, we sent it to the appropriate department wait 7 days if it still doesn't work contact us again, then same thing over and over and the email is useless they do the same thing. Well I have made several tickets it's been over 3 weeks and still can't get my money. It's all a bunch of BS.
