Games are fun and I was recommending it to friends but it's taken almost 2 weeks now to withdraw my first big reward. I had no issues withdrawing small amounts before. Also, I never received 3 rewards from one game and I did the claim ticket. You can't really speak to customer service comfortably, it all seems automated.
Do not use the survey option. If and the big if u qualify u won't get paid for it. This has happened to me 4 times u think I would learn I reached out to customer service and the compensated me 1 time. Said the only do that once. So it's a waste of time. It's a total scam. You do a 25 min survey with the promise of compensation but it doesn't happen
