Genuinely faultless service from start to finish. We were recommended Berkshire Heating Solutions by family and have been incredibly impressed by the professionalism and efficiency of the service provided. Most recently, we used the team to install a combi boiler in a new property. Jon visited promptly to provide a comprehensive quote, fitted us in quickly and the work was completed to an excellent standard - in spite of sweltering 50 degree heat in our loft on installation day! Wouldn’t hesitate to use again or recommend.
Great experience from quote through to completion of installation. Jon / Elliott both courteous, tidy and extremely knowledgeable and completed the work within the timeframe set. We were expecting a difficult time, given the length of our flue and associated challenges to remove old / install new - but everything went far better than expected, they exceeded our expectations, and we would not hesitate to recommend them to other owners in our apartment block or in the Berkshire area.
Berkshire Heating Solutions installed our new boiler at very short notice and the installation was done in an efficient and proficient way by Elliot. We were kept informed at all times what was being done and when. All the work was completed in a timely manner and the house left tidy at the end I would really recommend this company for their flexibility and speedy work. I have been without hot water for nine days and received no response or call back from British Gas despite being on the vulnerable list. Jon got in touch with me extremely quickly and within a day came to check on my boiler and by this morning I had a new one being installed.Elliot was polite, friendly and nothing was too much trouble.They are truly amazing and helped me so fast and efficiently, making sure I was informed and able to afford my new boiler (which is a Worcester, so great brand too.)I can’t recommend them enough, left my place spick and span and Elliot even put my shelves back up!Fantastic company and people, you’re in safe and expert hands.
