We came down to a leak from our boiler. Jon explained over the phone that there a few possibilities one cheaper and one not so cheap. When he arrived we were expecting the worst but he told us thankfully that it was the lease of the two thankfully.We also asked him to service it at the same time which he did.He was very thorough in his work leaving no mess afterwards.We would definitely recommend Berkshire Heating Solutions to anyone in the future.
