After having no heating at this time of year due to our old trusty boiler giving up, we contacted a few companies as per recommendations from Facebook groups! Not all of them responded or some stopped responding! Berkshire Heating Solutions were quick to respond and they answered all questions quickly! Sent a quote when they said they would, booked the job for 3 days after their first contact, arrived when they said they would & replaced our broken boiler with a brand new one! And fitted hive after explaining what it was and how it would benefit us! John worked so quickly to get the job done! We are so grateful and would highly recommend the company to anyone! And we love hive!!! Thank you!!!
I had a fault with the boiler and called Jon at 9.30 on recommendation, he provided a fantastic response popped around between jobs, diagnosed the problem (without telling me I needed a new boiler) sourced the spare and had it up and working within the hour. Well pleased, great service and a nice bloke too.
I wouldn't hesitate recommending Jon after being let down by Baxi, Jon came out to service my boiler after Baxi cancelled without reason. He was friendly, polite and professional, he even took the time to speak with us about boiler efficiency and changed the settings for us.
After a plea for help on social media Jon messaged to say he would fit me in the same day. He came round, had the part we needed in his van and our heating was back on by lunchtime. So pleased and we will definitely be using Jon for our annual services in the future.
Outstanding service- our central heating packed up yesterday and as it’s Christmas holidays we were struggling to get anyone to come and take a look. I called Jon after seeing his van in the area and he came the same day, had the required part in his van and fixed it on the spot. He was genuinely a pleasure to speak to and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.
Called them in the morning and they said they would come out to see my boiler the same day. He asked me to send him a video of the flashing lights and noises from the boiler so he could see what was happening before he came out. When he arrived he had come prepared with a new fan as that is what he had diagnosed from the video. He replaced the fan and the heating worked again. Absolutely brilliant and preemptive deduction made from the video I sent, so that he came with the part required. Totally recommend 100%
Just amazing service, our boiler broke down 4pm on Sunday night, no hot water or heating, with a family of 3 kids and the temperature having dipped to -4 it was a nightmare. We reached out to some plumbers and from the minute we started speaking to Berkshire Heating Solutions they were brilliant. Came to our house first thing Monday am, sourced the part and then came back in the afternoon to fit it when other plumbers were quoting a week minimum. Within 18 hours of contact out boiler was fixed, heating on and everyone happy. He even did some additional work on 2 rads that were not functioning. Absolute lifesaver this time of year brilliant.
