The buses were on time and the young…

The buses were on time and the young man was very attentive on the trip to London. The steward on the return journey was a bit abrupt. The seat belts were difficult to pull through, caught on attachment at the top of the seat.

Staff were lovely

Staff were lovely. Shame the usb charging ports weren’t working as deffo needed them. Had premium seats but on way home on newer coach we didn’t feel that we had as much legroom as the older outbound coach?

Really comfortable coach

Really comfortable coach, fast prompt journey time only fault no refreshments available but that was a minor thing compared with the saving over a train journey cost. Will definitely use again.
