Friendly travels

Staff are always friendly and welcoming. I always feel comfortable getting on this coach as it feels small, but familiar, unlike some of the bigger companies.

Disappointed

The outward journey was very good but the return trip was not as booked, I was expecting the same type of coach with a downstairs seat with table and tea or coffee available. Unfortunately the return was just a normal coach and driver and the journey was not as comfortable. If I had been notified of the change in facilities I would have bought my own drink and snack.

Affordable way to visit London

We have traveled several times with Berry’s coaches, affordable way to travel to and from London. We have always had great service with friendly staff, our journey to London was not as good as usual due to our seats being broken (they would not remain in seated position) and the hot drinks were cold but we got to London and had a wonderful time, journey home was great.
