Coped very well in difficult driving…

Coped very well in difficult driving conditions. Staff kept us fully informed as weather conditions made the journey back from London challenging.

On my journey to London and return

On my journey to London, there was no WiFi available for passengers. And on my return journey the coach seating was very uncomfortable, as there wasn't much space between rows of seats. We have been using your service for many years and have never had cause to complain before, but I guess we have never been on that particular bus before??
