Changed seats without agreement and had uncomfortable journey home. Late departure due to two coaches into one. What’s the point of paying for a designated seat if the service can’t be provided!This used to be a brilliant way to travel but I’m beginning to rethink using the service in the future.Management needs to look into what’s going on urgently.

Nice service but they need aircon

Did a trip today and the first coach at least had aircon but was 40 mins late getting to London. The coach on the way back was ao hot and airless on a 30 deg day. I think there was aircon but it certainly did nothing to cool the coach down. Just way too hot!

Never travelling on Berrys again

I have travelled on Berrys for over 25 years but something seems to have gone horribly wrong recently ! On my trip going there was no Wfi again and the driver because we were late threatened to stop to rest for 40 mins. And now going back we stopped for 20 mins because the air conditioning was not working. Then the driver thought he had lost some customers so we were 35 mins late. This also all happened last summer so clearly no lessons learnt. Finally there is now no refreshments on the coach or a possibility to pay in cash. I am really sad to say I will not be travelling on Berrys anymore !

We recently travelled with Berrys to France

We recently travelled with Berrys on a school trip to France. Kev, our driver, was friendly, kind, organised, reliable and professional which made our trip so much easier as we could rely on him completely. He always researched and planned our routes with us in advance and took us to wherever we wanted to go. Nothing was too much trouble.

Wedding…

We were transported to the wedding venue in nowra. The bus was bigger than we thought, the driver went above and beyond in taking us to the venue and back home to Berry. I cannot fault the service. I would have no hesitation in using Berry bus services again in the future or referring them to friends and family

Not impressed on latest trip

I've used Berry's many time and always been good value. Went up to London today, boiling hot but utterly freebie air-conditioning and air directors. No charging sockets and no refreshments any more. Disappointing.
