Would have given a five star rating but for the design of the coach - which included backward facing seats. In such circumstances, customers should be given a choice.Fortunately, the coach wasn't full and I was able to change my seat. The coach crew were very good. Both helpful and informative.
A very reliable service. We are lucky to have Berry's, especially when train service is so unpredictable now. Friendly drivers and helpful couriers. The seat numbers are a bit haphazard but as a very regular traveller, I'm used to that now! Liz
