Curvedream is a bunch of lying scammers. Ordered something for Christmas LAST YEAR and it arrived late and was a piece of crap. Sent request for return on 12/28/2025 via e-mail (THEIR preferred method) and never received RA number. Requested via their website message portal and NOTHING. I still have NO RESPONSE from them at all. BUYER BEWARE!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAMMERS. NOTHING BUT LOW LIFE THEIVES !!!
BUYER BEWARE. Merchandise is not the same quality as pictured. Return policy is not only a joke, but a scam as well. You have to pay for shipping product back along with supplying them with tracking information. HOWEVER, in doing so you receive the same automated reply. I RETURNED MY ORDER BACK IN DECEMBER, STILL NO REFUND. Now they have stopped answering my emails completely!
COMPANY IS A SCAM. I wish I would've done my homework before ordering. My only hope is people will read the reviews, preventing them from making the same mistake. Also reported them to the Better Business Bureau.
Rubbish ordered the Grey jacket with black piping , when I got it was like a pyjama's jacket, can't find where to return , closing is total rubbish I don't think I could give the excuse of the jacket away, DONT shop with this company , as far as I was concerned they get no stars on trust pilot

The quality, the descriptions, and the sizing are really bad. reached out to customer service and requested a return and customer service was prompt and polite in response and Really good customer service.
I ordered a dress last year. Very poor quality, didn’t fit well. Wanted refund they said keep it & gave me a gift card. I tried to use it multiple times & it wouldn’t work . I sent email with details of a top I would have using the card, was told I had to spend more than the card was worth to use it. !!!Terrible company , awful customer service. Would definitely NOT recommend
I should have checked on the reviews before I ordered two dresses. I ordered them ten days ago. Dresses have not been shipped yet. I emailed the company & I received a poorly written letter apologizing and to be patient as custom is stricter these days. The dresses looked great but looking at the reviews, shouldn't count on the quality.
The photos on their website show a totally different material used to what you receive....the material received was 100% polyester(unyielding and stiff) and the colour of the tops were like they were inside out, with the actual inside of the tops totally white....the pattern obviously just printed on to plain white material....very disappointing...I also noticed the packaging came from China..
Three items arrived nearly 3 weeks post order Sizing incorrect and quality very poor E mailed to arrange return to be told that I could have 30% back and keep the clothes or have a gift card for the full amount as they had to be returned to America After declining this the refund and gift card (why would you want to purchase more poor quality clothes) the refund was increased to 50% and following another e mail after declining this it was raised to 70% which I did accept as shipping to America can be expensive and many companies now charge for returnsI must admit refund was returned to me quickly so added a star for thatLesson learned though
Shame on this company for late delivery. They need to update their website to indicate the real timeframe on delivery. Items are not the right sizes; the XL is in real life a Medium. I will never ever recommend this company to anyone. The return policy is outrageous. The dresses will go to a resale shop with the correct size indicated on them.
