Worst customer service. Do not recommend buying from this brand. I’m sure they’ll respond to my message by “blaming the customer”. Refused a return and didn't give me a chance to speak to someone higher up about the issue. I will be disputing the charge with my payment provider.
I spotted a Bobbies ad on Instagram. Usually I skip ads because so many are misleading, but I’m glad I clicked on this one! The shoes I bought (Adélie in the colour nebbiolo) are beautiful, well-made and fit perfectly. I might just buy another pair in the colour ristretto to be my “office reliables”.
I ordered a pair of shoes that arrived with several marks on the sole, indicating prior use. The thick soles had visible scuffs, and there were stains on the shoe body. Unfortunately, they are sold out in my size, so I can't get a replacement. The options given were a full refund or a minimal 15% discount (initially offered 10%), which means I'd need to pay £170 for shoes with significant quality issues if I decide to keep them.

It's frustrating to pay £170 for a severely damaged item and then be charged for returning it.
