Got charged a monthly subscription of $39.95 a week after only wanting to use the pdf file for $0.99. Wasn’t aware of the monthly subscription and they wouldn’t give a refund back after asking.
Do not use the trial! ~I made the mistake and was forced into a subscription and I did not even know because 1) it was not be reflected on my account which keeps asking me to upgrade my plan implying that there is no subscription in place and 2) I did not receive any courtesy email informing me that I had subscribed and that charges would be deducted. Also the actuals service does not work very ell. I had to find a different one. I ended up paying for nothing.
Appalling service, it’s a scam basically. They took the money from my account even though I did not order their service. When I asked for a refund they wrote: "Regarding your refund request, I want to let you know that, according to our Refund Policy, payments made through our website are non-refundable. Therefore, I'm unable to process a refund." And that's how much I saw my money!
