I booked two seats for a trip with this company for myself and my young son. I received confirmation and paid for the tickets. To my shock, I later received an email stating my booking wasn’t complete! This company uses deceptive tactics, selling tickets that don’t exist or attempting to raise prices significantly. I now have to tell my son that the tickets I booked are unavailable. It’s appalling that such practices occur!
If I could give negative stars, I absolutely would. This company should not be operating anywhere. They canceled my tickets 48 hours before the flight and claimed the airline would refund me. When I contacted the airline, I learned that the funds were never transferred. It was a ghost booking. A complete disgrace to the industry. DO NOT USE!
I had a terrible experience with this company. After paying for flight tickets, they canceled my tickets without my consent. It was nearly impossible to get a clear answer from customer service. The staff were unhelpful and seemed more focused on extracting money than resolving my issue. What should have been a straightforward booking turned into a stressful ordeal. I felt misled and cheated. Thankfully, I managed to get my money back through my bank after nearly two months. Companies like this don't deserve trust. Avoid the headache and choose a reputable provider instead.
Scam company. I bought two tickets from them and I received confirmation email and will get e-ticket whithin 12hours. Next day I received call that I have to pay over £1600 extra from what I paid . I rejected than guy called me so call “Manager” and his behaviour was very bad way he talking and said pay extra £1600 or I will cancel. He cancelled my tickets which I paid a day before without my permission. Very bad company and very bad customer service. This company should be banned . Company called best(worst)airfare. Please please don’t buy ticket from them.Thank you
Its a SCAM website, having booked cheap flights with Ethiopian having found it on jetcost, thinking I was getting a bargain, the company promised to issue the flights within 24 hours, which they initially did, and provided with multiple airline booking codes, of which one said it was confirmed by the airline.The next day I checked again on the airline website, and found it was no longer there, so I first rang the airline who said it was confirmed and cancelled on the same dayAfter speaking with Best Airfare again regarding the cancellation, they assured it would be resolved, but couldn’t confirm the flights as promised, and said they are requesting a refund, which I would receive within a few days.The refund was never received, and I immediately disputed the transaction with AMEX, but I would insist to anyone please do not book, as this company makes it seem like they are refunding and will keep coming up with new stories, every time you reach out to them!Avoid, and if you must book use a credit card, but it is a scam!
This company is a scam, do not get sucked in by their offer of low price air fare, as they can't deliver and won't return your money.They will offer you a low fare, send you a payment link to another company, then won't send you any tickets for a few days. You then ring them to find out where your tickets are and they then spin you a yarn that there was a problem with that flight it was fully booked or something else. They then want more money from you.DO NOT USE THEM, if you do so be it at your peril.They still owe us money that Barclay card are now pursuing. We have also written to Trading standards about them.
This website is a SCAM! They charged us for £1550 for a flight ticket and in fact there was no flight ticket booked for us! This happened on 29 September and since then they have not refunded me and there is no actual office as mentioned in the website.
