SCAMMERS OPERATING FROM INDIA still no refund

This is the latest update of the experience I have to date.To-date, have not received my refund yet of £1,439, since August 2025. I have sent them several emails and made several phone calls.Initially they insisted that they refunded on 15 Sept 2025 and sent me fake image that the money was sent.On 30th Oct sent them a detailed email of the correspondence I have had with them. DID NOT RECEIVE A REPLY,,,,,, waited till todayToday called and spoke to Aniket, after liaising with their management team !!!!!, I received another email saying that due to technical issues the 15 Sept transfer of funds did not go through (having insisted previously that the transfer was made and sending me proof of transfer - a made up con image). They now say that cash was transferred on 9th October, how convenient. Have spoken to my bank and checked my bank account and have also sent extract from my bank statement to Aniket to proof beyond any doubt that, to date, NO refund has been received. So shocking that they still insist that they sent the refund. I am not the only one who has been duped into paying by bank transfer and therefore not getting any protection. There is another who has lost about £4,000. I have now made a small court claim against them. The headache, the heated conversations, the stress, the continuous lying, endless emails and so much time taken... a BIG REGRET trusting the smooth talking staff operating from India... never again and have informed my friends & family not to go any where near these agents but deal directly with the airline.All this is to ensure that no one goes through what I and others have gone through... you choose...

Best(Worst)AirFare!

My wife and I were over the moon that we purchased a best price flights with BestAirFare!As I had paid by a credit card it did not matter if I did not get them as I could just go back to the card company for a refund.But to their convenience, they cancelled it, refunded it and requested a bacs payment as I did not want to miss the value tickets. Never make that mistake!As I had relevant correspondence and conversation with my own colour people I trusted them thinking that they would not do this as they should very well know that god is always watching them and punish if they ever did anything bad!Anyway, they then issued incorrect tickets, which belonged to somebody else and a totally different airline than ours!It was just by coincidence I approached the airline to book my seats but they were unable to as no valid tickets had yet been issued.When complained this to BestAirFare their reply I got was 'No, they are correct and the airline is incorrect! Do NOT worry! just go to the airport on the date of travel and you will 100% get the boarding passes!' I totally rejected their claim!The tickets were immediately cancelled, thank god!Now I will definitely get my refund according to the email confirmation!To my disbelief, they confirmed by a screenshot of the refund been paid promptly but only to be pocketed by them!!!They have since been reported but where are the airlines, authorities and regulators to stop the honest customers being scammed and loosing their hard earned money all the time?Please, please, please keep away from Best(Worst)AirFare!
