Review Time
I tried to place a bet and the funds were taken from my account but the bet was never placed , I am having great difficulty having this money returned to me , the customer service are less than helpful , blaming technical difficulties , I will be avoiding in future
Very bad app especially roulette super rigged im making sure nobody plays never hits a multiplier then when im outvof money or don't bet it seems to hit i can also bet 30 numbers out of 36 and its always finds a way to hit something i don't bet on p.s months later still horrible impossible to win lost everything because this app will put on the news got proof
This company must be avoided at all costs. I used to tink they were the best. Now the worst. A few months ago they delayed settlement of a winning bet when the result was all over the media. Eventually they gave me A £50 free bet when a supervisor called me and said he did not understand the delay in settlement. They have constantly messaged me with regard to deposits and had the phone call from them. I told them time and again that I was comfortably off but they didn't listen and harassed the life out of me. A few weeks ago after placing a £6 bet@2/1 a winner. On the same day settled as a loser. I got in touch with live chat who said it would take 9 hours to sort out and would be reviewed by THEIR SPECIALIST SETTLEMENT TEAM. More about them to folllow. The next day I got an e mail from one of their agents stating that the bet had been wait for it VALIDATED AS A LOSER. I got onto live chat again and told them again my bet was a winner sending evidence. After waiting 2.5 days the bet was eventually settled as a winner. Sending 4 e mails in regard to this bet I received a call from their responsible gambling team who had restricted my account causing me to try to place a bet which would have won me £35.00. This guy told me I had lost £9 a day over around a month. I told him 2 pints of beer and I have spent £20+ on treats for myself that day. I was not happy and lost the plot.I had told this company time and again about my financial situation but they clearly are so thick they did not understand. On Monday I placed 2 in play bets on a cricket game.The event I had bet on was completed at 13.30 and 1 of the bets was settled promptly but the other was unsettled after 3 hrs. Now this company send you messages when you have had too many deposits yet they had failed to settle a bet returning me £100. I was fuming and again my account was suspended and I got the call from Ricardo re responsible gambling. Both these responsible gambling men told me they understood my frustrastion they clearly did not. Since then my account has been closed yet I had an e mail from bet 365 saying this was not about my financial situation. Well what the hell are they doing bothering you so often. One last thing I took £250 off this company getting someone to place a bet for me. They said this was to be advised against. If they are so keen to contatct people re responsible gambling what are they doing advertising their business world wide through various channels. They have taken the fun out of my life and the pleasure I have. Avoid this company at all costs as they fail to understand what you are telling them. The responsible gambling team are all idiots and their Customer Service agents know nothing about Sport. Denise Coates take note. Pat Cooney take note. Bet £3.65 once the best are now useless.
