Zero stars if possible - after a winning streak and withdrawing substantial funds I found my account to be blocked - the excuse was that 2 accounts were held at the same address - yes that is totally true my son owns the other account bet365 !!! After 5 years ( yes 5years ) of trading with you all of a sudden you look into this as an excuse - nothing to do with the £800 I withdrew not so long ago!! - you should be ashamed of yourselves -absolute filth of a company -customers beware if you like winning ( the reason we gamble !! ) do not use this company - actually froze my remaining funds of which I am still waiting for - joke of a company - sore losers - never mind bet365 - thanks for the holiday - free of charge 😂now stick your company where the sun don’t shine
Wish I could give 0 stars.I played on this site for 2 weeks, dead spin after dead spin, then finally a feature win today, I wish I could upload the screenshots I got today to show you all why you should NEVER spend a penny, cent, whatever on this site, to win 90p on a feature after playing 1000's of pounds is a F'ing insult. Should have read the other 10,000 + negative reviews before joining.Take heed, you will loose your money!!!!
I enjoy a little flutter every now and then, some games are great but most have awful payouts, some games don't work properly, raised issues unfortunately don't get answers or there is always a clause that isn't in your favour. High DAILY Deposits are needed for any good wins. Not many freebies or spin specials never payout anything..... "Reels roll on by the bonuses" 😥 Fantasy football is impossible to win even if they are free to enter. Definitely not what they advertised.
0 Customer service, this should be illegal to do. How can customer request missing funds/offer when you dont allow customer to contact you, I contacted you trying every option available and 0 response or help. The website always slow and difficult to navigate especially when its important to the customer it'll be hidden from them,
Got in promotion of 300 in bonus bets, won some, had 145.00 in bonus bets, then they closed my account. On phone, girl gave no reason, but did say it happens..did send what I won, but left bonus bets on table...what a scam...don't get scammed
