I think 365 in UK is way way better !Last time I tried to bet live and you have to call them they make you wait until the results changes.In England you can bet live straight without calling or talk to anyone .Also the video that offers you to watch games a shit” it keeps loading and jumping and stopping.Very poor performance And yeh a bit of scammers too
Took all my personal information just to close my account permanently with no explanation when asking support why the chat was ended immediately. After further search this is a reoccurring thing, even happening after people deposit and win.
If I could give ZERO stars, I would. Tried to open an account with Bet365 in Kansas today, but my application was rejected without any reason provided. I have no criminal history, no significant gambling history, a pretty good credit score. They confirmed that there is no duplicate account existing. I even spoke to them on the telephone. All they would say is that, under the terms and conditions, they have the right to deny or cancel an account without reason… and they would provide no reason whatsoever. I wouldn’t trust this company if I were you.

It feels like they’re looking for any excuse to shut you down.Their markets are often suspended during crucial betting moments, and placing a bet takes far too long , by the time you're done, the odds may have changed or the market is gone entirely.If you try to resolve anything over the phone, expect to be on hold for hours, only to be passed around with no solution. It's more frustrating than helpful a real waste of time.Many people join Bet365 for a bit of fun and casual betting, but they’ve made the experience completely miserable. The enjoyment is gone.In my opinion, Paddy Power and some of the newer bookmakers offer a much better overall experience quicker, fairer, and without treating every customer like a risk to their business.Bet365 may advertise everywhere, but the reality doesn’t live up to the hype. Right now, they’re not worth a penny to play with.
