The climbing venue is quite nice, but the customer service and information about memberships, classes, and discounts are insufficient. I tried to change my membership but got no help, and it felt like they prioritized upselling over my needs. During a phone call, I sensed a passive-aggressive tone from the representative. I cannot recommend this venue.

During a phone call, I encountered a passive-aggressive attitude from the support team. I do not recommend this venue. :(
The gyms are decent, and everything meets expectations. However, the setup of their subscriptions, loyalty programs, switching fees, and binding agreements is quite confusing. There seems to be an element of dishonesty in how they are structured, making it user-unfriendly, which is unfortunate. I wish their subscription models matched the quality of their facilities.
