Used to be respected

Used to be respected, now can be barely expected to hold a server up. Either a LOL of the gaming community, or a comeback. Their choice.

Fallout 4

Fallout 4I bought fallout 4 because all my friends said oh yeah go through Bethesda its great! yet I have had nothing but issues with it. first I cant find out how to download it since there isn't any instructions and no install help ANYWHERE. second I have now been trying to contact support for 2 almost 3 days and have gotten ZERO help. I would like a refund.

Terrible software.

The launcher is basically one mega intrusive advert. Very poorly designed. I will never again buy a game that requires the use of the bethesda launcher.

Bethesda needs to pay me to deal with these games

If the company spent more time testing their updates, listening to customers, and releasing games that aren't riddled with bugs, they could be a great company. I'm beginning to think that the company runs out of a garage as you'd see these bugs and problems out of one with a teenager, still in high school, fiddling with something they think might make it big for them one day. It's not that it's a game but they are selling broken products or breaking their products more by tinkering without knowing the impact. Buying from them is like buying a beautiful car with no engine. I will not be buying anything produced by Bethesda anymore.Bring back the companies that developed Fallout New Vegas and make money selling the name rights Bethesda, you certainly aren't hiring literate programmers or got rid of the ones that actually knew something. Being too cheap for beta testers and actual people that listen and follow up is not doing you any favors. Rating fell from 3 to half a star if possible since 2017 in my opinion. - Done with Bethesda.

How the mighty have fallen from grace.

How the mighty have fallen from grace. From games riddled with bugs to a launcher that can't even keep you logged in (have to input my password at least once or twice a week) and doesn't even have a friend's list so that it prevents you from playing online with your friends in Doom Eternal (the steam version doesn't have this problem).

Fallen so far...

This software development company was among the greatest 14 years ago and my own personal favorite. However from my observation their demise has come from the lack of ingenuity, effort, and keeping with the times.Back in 2006 at the time Oblivion and Fallout 3 were released the game engine was at par, the map was extensive and the gameplay was okay but the world and quests, alongside some content made these games thoroughly enjoyable. But as time moved forward Bethesda Softworks found it unnecessary to invest in major development to their engine and to original, intriguing, extensive, puzzling quests that we were used to in the origins of this company. Now I despise how far this company has fallen as I witness the claws scratching for any possible way to make more money from the consumer. The exploits from this company in recent times is unforgivable from myself any many others like me who witnessed it happen. If I were to suppose a positive direction? It would be to develop character interaction, like it used to be. Develop intriguing quests such as those from the Shivering Isles expansion. Remove clutter and develop useful utility to the crafting from Fallout 4. And most importantly, put some real effort into it this time, don't concern yourself with what returns will be, what the public opinion will be; If you care only for making an experience which is exhilarating by the consumer, it will reflect in your product to a degree which supersedes your witless efforts to charge more money for content which should have been developed prior.

Played fallout 76 back when it first…

Played fallout 76 back when it first came out. Enjoyed the game even with all the bugs, quit playing after a while. Now in 2020 they seem to have forgotten I bought it. No where in the transaction history. If you want to lose games you paid full price for go with Bethesda never buying from their site again. I'll just buy the games on steam I want to play now, steam doesn't forget I bought a game.

This company cannot even sell its own games!! I paid for Doom Eternal and they will not put it in my library to play! Nor will they respond! I will have to goto my credit card company to dispute the charge. THAT IS HOW FUN IT IS TO DEAL WITH BETHESDA. So good you want to put a review out just to let others know! This company is done please use Steam if you want to play a game.Check their Support there isnt any they send you a script not give you support.

Scumbags. Holding accounts hostage!

Awful. Complete scum.Weeks ago I asked to unlink my account, they stalled, made nonsense circular requests for information that went nowhere even after repeatedly providing it, and have since ceased responding to the ticket entirely. My account has still not been unlinked.Bethesda should not be allowed to hold other accounts, on other platforms entirely unrelated to Bethesda, to ransom! It should be a simple, one-button issue. No, Bethesda, you do NOT own my PSN account - I do!
