Currently Deleting all Bethesda games…

Currently Deleting all Bethesda games because the log in for online experience for any game is such a hassle, and is very time, and energy consuming. I will no longer be getting Bethesda games, because it seems as if they are stuck in the time of DMV customer support. I have been trying to log into my old account but when I try to reset my password, it says not to use a password I've used before (I even typed a lot of random upper and lowercase letters with numbers) and it claims it was my password before. Very unsatisfied and angry with the stress that comes along with this unbreakable password resetting set up, and how broken it is.

Worst Customer Care Ever

If you get a duplicate code, they don't care, they won't give you any kind of support and you're on your own, be aware purchasing anything on their website, Bethesda are SCAMMERS!

@Bethesda WHAT THE FU€K

@Bethesda WHAT THE F*€K. I was running around the map completing side quests, then all of a sudden it said I completed the “I am death” mission. 1) I had no alpha codes or nuke cards on me. I was collecting meat. 2) The mission shouldn’t have been completed cause I wasn’t working on that 3) When it said the mission was completed I didn’t get anything out of it. Get your glitches under control. I’m honestly upset. But atleast I beat the game🙄

Bethesda does NOT care

Most of my experience with Bethesda comes from video games such as Fallout and Skyrim. And I can say without a doubt that these have been the most bugged and unfixed games I have ever played. There are issues in both of these games that have been prevalent since launch with little to no effort put in by the developers to fix it. For actual YEARS, the community has complained and presented all of the issues that are in their games on a silver platter, to no avail. This company simply does not care about the consumer, and is one of the worst, outwardly ignorant companies that I've ever experienced.

Bethesda support is THE worst. Don't buy from them.

Bought my son a chromebook for school, came with a bunch of perks, including a code for 40 lunchboxes (gatcha lootbox) in fallout shelter, 19.99 value.Code worked on Googles end, nothing recieved in game.Bethesda support asked for the code used, i supplied it.Then the told me to contact Chromebook.That just shows how stupid Bethesda support is, the reps dont even know Chromebook is owned by Google... obviously Google says everything worked on their end, contact Bethesda since the problem is actually on their end.Bethesda of course refuses to do anything.With Fallout 76 and now this, Bethesda has the worst, dumbest and most unhelpful support system ive ever seen in over 30 years of gaming. I will not be buying anything from Bethesda for a very long time, if ever.

based on my experience I would never buy from criminals like bethesda

based on my experience I would never buy a thing from Bethesda. they are only interested in one thing and one thing only. your money and how to take it from you. they care little for in game issues and never offer support for any of there games or player reporting. every thing they make is cheap and terrible and extremely over priced. please listen to me when i say if you want a decent gaming experience or something to do don't choose Bethesda. they don't care.

Bethesda Quake Problem

Quake Live once a free game. And they made it paid. All stats made by best players are gone. Oh,and Quake Champions? That is total disgrace. You need money to unlock champions. Not like the old Q3A. Pure fun.

This company and zenimax are a complete joke ok yea they have good ideas for games but all the games they create are built like complete garbage i play skyrim and i quite playing on xbox 360 because the game had more screws loose then a studebaker i would have to constantly load saves because the game would progress so i waited the release skyrim special edition for xbox one and ps4 hopeing they would have fixed the game seeing as how they were once again charging 60+ dollars for a copy man was i wrong the new one is still the same piece of junk that the last one was with slightly better graphics zennimax and bethesda are the worst gaming company out there they rip people off and refuse to help in anyway and cast blame on everyone but themselves even though its 100% there fault we all saw it with fallout 76 people need to wake up and stop buying there f###### garbage games because the people that run that company are greedy f###### misers that dont give a good god damn about any of there fans i f###### hate bethesda people need to band together and file a major lawsuit and put them out of business i wish rockstar created the elder scrolls there games are so much better
