Absolute crap of a company they lie to customers and their games suck. Terrible game play with tons of lag and unstable servers. Not only do things in game not work but they break more than they fix. They broke fallout with their stupid 76 that games horrible between dupes and glitches they games unstable servers it not worth playing. Then you have the crap show that is eso which is just as bad. Which this one has a lot of toxic players you put others down for being new. Next the elitists which do the same thing as well as trying to make others play there way. Not even worth a star.
I recently bought Fallout 76 and after installing the Bethesda.net Launcher and downloading the game, I wanted to play it. Unfortunately I got no luck, simply nothing happens when hitting the "Play" button. After doing some Google research I found that this is a very common issue with Fallout 76 (i.e. a bug in the game) and none of the workarounds available worked.So I contacted Bethesda support. After a whole lot of tickets and a whole lot of "send us this debug info", "disable these Windows services" and "create a new Windows user", etc., nothing worked out. After they got to the end of their more-or-less pointless list of solutions they refused to get me any further help. They even sent me to Reddit and Microsoft community support (why Microsoft?).Even though I like Bethesda games this was definitly the last time I bought a game from Bethesda. Very sad.
Your company is trash. You have no respect for anyone. Bethesda Zenimax or Microsoft whatever you want to call yourselves. You let hackers destroy the game and dont do a damn thing about it but when someone tries to report you have no legitimate business contact information to contact you. So your fake and will be sued on several accounts. You will be held responsible for your actions whether in the United States or another country. You have manipulated the rules of this country and you have disgraced this country far too long.
While i do or did Enjoy skyrim, fallout 3, 4 and right now 76, the reason i score them so low is, due the never fixed bugs that plague their games. Making it hard to Enjoy the games fully.I would say, stay away from their games, until they make them decently bug free.Will not rush to buy any games they put out, until at Least 1 year or more later and then only if on a sale.
where to begin...been playing skyrim for years,beat numerous times.now,today,all of a sudden.i cant progress,i beat miraak.took his soul,hermeas mora gave me a shout.and yet it tlls me when i try to click the book,cant do that while in combat.im done with anything bethesda for this isnt the only game i have issues with from this lame gamemaker
Every Bethesda game I've ever played I've rarely completed. Why? Game breaking bugs. I cannot tell you how many times I have left reviews or contacted them but the bugs remain. They seriously do not care about the gamers. Only themselves. Don't fall for the hype with their new games. They'll be broken too but they'll still have raped cash from you. I've only completed Skyrim twice yet played with easily over 30 characters. The same with Fallout and Prey. None of their games work properly. There have been no improvements for the bugs in Skyrim especially the main quest ones and it's not always possible to go back to an earlier save. I've had no response from Bethesda via email complaints in the past and do they even read the critical reviews not just the hard on 5 star ones?
