The experience we had did not align with what was communicated to us over the phone when we inquired about arranging the purchase and delivery for specific dates. The delivery is now expected over a week later than originally planned, despite being fully paid on the 12th of November... nearly three weeks to process. Very challenging to get any confirmation.
A specific bed, which was listed as in stock and ready for shipment, will now not be delivered for an indefinite time. It needs to be sent to my daughter, who received the notification. It would have been helpful to receive an email with some concrete information.
I ordered the bedframe because the website indicated it would take 2 to 7 days. I placed my order six days ago and am still waiting for a text to confirm the delivery date. I emailed last week, and the response stated I would receive one early this week. Tomorrow is Wednesday, so by my understanding, that is mid-week.
