BETTS were very fast on delivery. That's the good. However, for my second order, a few days later it transpired they had no stock of some and had advertised some non-existant items. An email picked up when I was tired (and grouchy) offered to send what was immediately available. That email suggested those items were or would be in the post and that I should pay "now" (I clearly hadn't remembered I had "pre-ordered" to be paid by card.) Confused by that email I ended up paying twice which thankfully was, eventually, refunded.
