Difficulty cancelling… Found it so you don’t have to

Did not like the fact I was inadvertently put into a subscription. Like others I have found it very difficult to communicate with the company. However I did use the email address supplied at the bottom of the order information. The email I used, which resulted in contact was Bexelora at gmail dot com (it won’t allow me to put the email format). Also to save others the trouble, check your junk folder for Bexelora email Subscription Information. In that email there is a link which allows you to manage the subscription, click on this and it will take you to the page to cancel the subscription…. Hope this helps. Haven’t received my product yet so cannot comment on it but I did not find the contact information easily nor is the subscription information/changes available on the profile on their main website. I wouldn’t say don’t buy it, just be aware of the above information if you do :)

Guys look up the address - its 2030 Palms beach lake BLVD its a chinese food buffet in Palm Beach - of course this is all fake !

Stay away from Bexelora

Stay away from Bexelora! It forced a membership and when I tried to contact them via email it bounced back. I called the number and it was first some odd recording that didn't make sense - then a very rude person came online and asked me to give him my bank account information. I told him I just want to end the subscription of this product and since I didn't even pay with my bank account, I didn't understand why he needed this info. He just hung up on me. I guess I have to go to my bank to report the scam.

Fraudulent business Practices - Product doesn’t work

Product doesn’t work. I’ve tried canceling and the y refuse, saying I have to use the link the provided when I ordered. They never provided a link. I’ve had to change my credit card number so that they’ll stop charging me.

I’ve cancelled the subscription

I’ve cancelled the subscription. Flagged them with my cc then three months go by and they started charging me again. Do not give any information to this company you will be in year long battle with them.
