Avoid at All Costs!

Just don’t buy from this company. I ordered a single tube of cream, explicitly declined the subscription option, and have contacted them three times to stop the charges, yet I’m still receiving products and being billed. Their website offers no way to manage subscriptions, and they do not respond to emails.

Disappointing and Frustrating

This experience has been very disappointing. I placed an order that turned out to be a subscription. Upon realizing this, I tried to cancel but found it impossible. Their website claims you can cancel anytime using a provided link, but that’s not true. Contacting customer support is futile, as the emails bounce back. The only way to cancel was through my bank. Also, I noticed the product ships from the U.S., not France, raising concerns about its authenticity. I do not recommend this company.

Frustrated with Subscription Charges

I received my first shipment, and while the product wasn’t great, I immediately canceled my subscription. Now, I received an email stating another shipment is on the way, and my card was charged again. I forwarded my original cancellation email, but all I get are automated responses. I’m very frustrated.

Steer Clear of This Company!

Steer clear! This seems like a scam. The product is not the same as the original. Initially, they respond to inquiries, but subsequent emails bounce back. Their responses are vague, and returning items costs nearly as much as the products themselves. The item shipped from a location in the U.S., not Europe, leading me to question its authenticity.

Extremely Frustrating Experience

This is a scam with automatic subscriptions that are hard to cancel. Even after receiving a cancellation confirmation, they wait a month and resume charging. I was told they couldn’t assist with cancellations due to 'server issues.'

Suspicious Practices

I ordered five boxes out of excitement for the product's availability in the U.S. and canceled my subscription immediately, with proof. However, a month later, I was notified of a charge to my card and an upcoming shipment. I searched the website and the third-party service for cancellation options but found none. Emails to support bounced back, and when I called, it was a suspicious number. I reached out via an email found in my order confirmation, but they insisted I needed to cancel my subscription. I provided proof of my cancellation but received no response. I was informed that a package had been delivered to the wrong apartment. I’ve emailed again for a return label but have yet to hear back. Avoid this company; you’ll likely have to dispute charges with your bank due to their cancellation issues.

I realised the item would be fake

I realised the item would be fake, after seeing the item was shipping from the US, not France. I had stupidly trusted Shopify and bought more quickly than I normally would have. The 3 x tubes arrived today. The product is in a purple tumble. The logo pixelated and obviously a copy / fake. I realise I won’t get my money back. I asked for a refund before I received my order.
