The delivery was timely and the packaging was superb. However, the instructions were a bit challenging to follow. The door hinges were missing from the package, but the support team was very helpful and sent them quickly. Overall, it's a sturdy cupboard, and I am quite satisfied.
As a business, we have invested over £2k with them in the past 6 months for our expanding office needs without issues. This time, I paid the £79 next-day delivery fee, only to find the desk and pedestal left on the footpath. The driver observed as three women struggled to carry the furniture up seven stairs into the office. Previously, deliveries were placed inside the doorway. When I contacted the company, the transport department showed no interest, stating it was noted as kerbside only in the confirmation email. If using a third party for next-day deliveries, they should ensure a service that justifies the £79 fee! Customer service was lacking.
The staff were very helpful from the initial inquiry to the delivery booking, and the delivery team was great. I purchased a cantilever desk, a tall bookcase, a low storage cupboard, and a two-drawer pedestal. All the furniture is robust, well-crafted, and easy to assemble. My only minor issues were that the diagrams did not indicate the tiny triangular holes needed for the door catches, leading me to partially disassemble the cupboard. Additionally, the pedestal would benefit from an extra small caster on the front middle of the file drawer to prevent tipping when opened. I recommend this company and their quality furniture.
